Tai Chi and Balance Exercise

A very gentle form of Tai Chi. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday 11.15 to 12.15 at the Fire Station

The class introduces Tai Chi style exercises which can be done either standing or sitting on a chair/ wheelchair. The sessions also include working on balance and simple breathing/meditation. It is a great entry point for those new to Tai chi and for those less mobile. The emphasis is on enjoying the exercises while only doing as much as you can, all within a friendly, relaxed group atmosphere
