Kinver village has a longstanding association with the Chernobyl Children’s Lifeline Appeal. Over the years villagers have raised funds and hosted children who have been impacted by the nuclear disaster. Ann will talk about the appeal and what has been achieved so far, as well as plans for the future.
Speakers sessions begin at 2pm and usually last 1 – 1.5 hours. Refreshments are served afterwards, and there is always plenty of opportunity to catch up and socialise with one another over a cuppa and a cake.
Venue: Edward Marsh Centre (KSCA)
